By accessing or using Ani Paper, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or its tools.

Description of Service

Ani Paper provides browser-based tools for creating paper-style animations from images and text. The current service does not require an account, accept payments, or store projects in a cloud library. Features, supported browsers, export formats, and availability may change.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Use images, text, names, or other material that you do not have the right to use.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, damage, or disrupt the website.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to create or distribute unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful material.

Your content and exports

You retain any rights you already hold in the images and text you use. Ani Paper does not claim ownership of your browser-local source material or exported clips. You are responsible for making sure your inputs and use of the output comply with applicable law and third-party rights.

Intellectual Property

The Ani Paper website, software, visual system, and original assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service or its source code.

Availability and warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Browser media capabilities differ, so preview or export may not work on every device. We may change, suspend, or discontinue a feature and may restrict access when necessary to protect the service or enforce these terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ani Paper is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
